- TECHNICIAN – IRATA LEVEL 1 & 2
Requirements
- Immediate Joiners.
- Experience working under projects.
- Min 1 year experience in facade cleaning using Rope Access.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mandatory IRATA Level 1 & 2 certification.
- Perform facade and glass cleaning using rope access techniques in
accordance with safety and quality standards. - Assist in setup and dismantling of rope access systems, including anchoring and rigging under supervision.
- Carry out high-level cleaning of building exteriors, signage, skylights, curtain walls, canopies, etc.
- Follow work instructions from Level 3 Rope Access Technicians and
Supervisors. - Conduct daily pre-use inspection of personal protective equipment (PPE) and rope access gear.
- Ensure proper use of cleaning materials, tools, and chemicals.
- Maintain housekeeping of equipment and worksite.
- Report safety incidents, hazards, or equipment defects immediately.
- Comply with IRATA Code of Practice, company HSE policies, and client requirements.
- Assist with ground-level tasks when not on rope, including support activities and logistics.
