Job Responsibilities
- Handle electrical and facilities management operations
- Perform HVAC installation and maintenance activities
- Support MEP maintenance and troubleshooting works
- Carry out painting and finishing carpentry tasks
- Inspect and maintain mechanical and electrical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

Qualification
- Relevant technical or engineering qualification preferred
- Knowledge of MEP systems and maintenance operations required
- Valid UAE driving license mandatory for FM Engineer role
Experience
- Minimum 2 years UAE or GCC experience required for HVAC Technicians
- Minimum 2 years experience required for Multi-Skilled Technicians
- Minimum 1 year UAE experience required for Painter / Finishing Carpenter
- FLS experience will be an added advantage for FM Engineer role
- Arabic nationality preferred for FM Engineer – Electrical position
