ASST. CHIEF ENGINEER
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing daily operations of the Engineering Department.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair of all hotel systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general infrastructu
- Ensure compliance health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and ensure minimal disruption to guests.
- Train and lead a team of technicians.
- Assist in budgeting, inventory control, and energy conservation efforts
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in engineering roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of building systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Familiarity with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts standards is an advantage.
