Available Position
WAITER / WAITRESS
- Location: Dubai Outlet Mall, UAE
- Working Hours: 9 hours per day (shift-based duty)
- Weekly Off: 1 day off per week
Job Description :-
- Welcome guests and provide a friendly, professional dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve dishes and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a polite, customer-focused manner
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times
Requirements :-
- Arabic native speakers preferred (priority given to Syrian and Lebanese nationals)
- Previous experience in the F&B or restaurant industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work weekends, late shifts, and extended hours during busy days
