COORDINATORS (Groups & MICE)
- Should have at least a year’s experience in the DMC industry or the hospitality industry in UAE.
- An understanding of inbound tourism, some knowledge of the key destinations in UAE and a basic understanding of DMC operations.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English and business communication. Other European languages / Arabic would be a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You need to have excellent organisational and time management skills to be able to manage the workload.
- Coordination with different departments and suppliers to ensure service levels are always maintained along with inter-team
coordination.
PROJECT EXECUTIVES (Groups & MICE)
- The right candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in the DMC industry operating leisure or MICE groups in UAE.
- The ability to work on creative proposals/ presentations for MICE and leisure, manage event costs effectively and have very strong planning and operational skills. Strong client management skills.
- A very good understanding of inbound tourism, the key destinations in UAE and DMC operations.
- Must have excellent communication skills in English and business communication. Fluency in Spanish Portuguese / French would be a plus.
- Very strong skills in Microsoft Office especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You need to have excellent negotiation, organisation, and time management skills.
- Manage your relationship with the different departments and suppliers to ensure high levels of service are always maintained.
