RESERVATION EXECUTIVE
- Fluent spoken & written Russian language as well as English Quotations, Costing, follow up with overseas offices & reservations & products
- Achieve target of weekly/monthly file closure
- Follow-up enquiries, after sales, relationship building with agents Business generation responsibility for all segments.
- Any other responsibility as per business requirement.
PRODUCT EXECUTIVE
- Working knowledge of the Juniper system is an advantage
- Upload excursion products, transfer contracts, and promotional offers into client systems for UAE, Qatar, and Oman
- Ensure timely updates for rate changes and stop-sale notifications to maintain data accuracy
- Identify new transportation and excursion suppliers; negotiate competitive rates based on market trends
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for smooth and long-term collaboration
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure pricing consistency across all systems
- Support the Operations team by Addressing system-related queries and updates.
