CLUSTER DIRECTOR SALES & MARKETING
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees all sales reports, calendars of events, leads and follow-through, and mailing lists
- Produces the annual Business Plan in conjunction with General Manager and other Hotel Management, sales and marketing budgets and forecasts.
- Analyses current and potential markets/trends, co-ordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rates.
- Produces weekly, monthly and yearly Sales Report and forecasts
- Prepare Marketing Plan, rate structures and yearly business plan
- Prepare & present Monthly BRM in coordination with the Revenue & Reservations.
- Proactively manage a pre-determined number of key accounts/key prospects and other active accounts to ensure maximum production to meet set target.
- Maintain valid call objectives and relevant action plans for each key account/key prospect
- Proactively prospecting new accounts and follow the sales process through to convert into producing’
accounts. - Establishing annual budget and action plans.
- To maintain complete and supported records of all sales agreements, Contracts and quotes for the hotel as per company Policies and Procedures.
Skills & Experiences:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a in the same position, preferably at 4 or 5 stars hotel
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management/Business Administration
- Strong knowledge of Opera & Microsoft Office
- Understands the local culture and have worked in the region
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in other language is an advantage.
