Job Location : Dubai
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in FM Operations.
- Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications (ITI/Diploma).
- Experience in managing facilities management services within residential/commercial towers.
- Strong Knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
- Good communication & teamwork skills.
- Candidates on visit or cancellation visa are preferred.
- Candidates on a cancelled/visit visa will only be considered.
- All candidates must carry their updated CV, Relevant Certificates or ITI/Diploma.
