HR EXECUTIVE
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in an HR – related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and chatbots, with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CA (Chartered Accountant) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience is preferred.
- Experience in the real estate sector in the UAE is essential.
- Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including month-end processes.
