- Team Leader – Smoke Management Systems
- Installation Testing commissioning and Maintenance of Smole management System
Education/Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical / Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Skills/Competencies/ Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in smoke management system
maintenance, including testing, commissioning, and
troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience with control panels, fans, dampers,
pressure sensors, and BMS integration. - Good understanding of Civil Defense standards and local authority requirements related to smoke management systems.
- Prior experience working with facility management companies or fire & life safety maintenance
2.Fire Alarm System Engineer
Manage and execute fire alarm system works across multiple project types, including DEWA substations, commercial buildings, and residential high-rise developments. The engineer will be responsible for design coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, approvals, and handover of fire alarm systems in compliance with relevant authorities and international standards.
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in fire alarm systems
- Prior experience working in electrical substations is mandatory.
- Experience in commercial and residential high-rise buildings Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes (DEWA, Civil Defense, consultants)
- Strong knowledge of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
- Experience with leading fire alarm brands (Siemens, Honeywell, Notifier, Simplex, etc.)
- UAE Civil Defense-approved Fire Alarm Engineer
- NFPA certification or equivalent
- Authority approval experience (DEWA, Dubai Civil Defense, etc.)
Skills/Competencies/ Experience
- Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Good knowledge of documentation and authority submission procedures
- Ability to work independently and lead site team
