Job Responsibilities
- Manage interior fit-out site execution and coordination
- Prepare shop drawings and technical layouts
- Handle BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and project costing
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Monitor quality inspections and project handover procedures
- Develop furniture specifications, mood boards, and material selections
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and standards
Salary Information

Qualification
- Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant qualification required
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and technical design tools mandatory
- Understanding of fit-out materials and project coordination necessary
Experience
- 5+ years UAE/GCC experience required for Site Architect and QA/QC Engineer roles
- 3–10+ years UAE/GCC experience required for Draftsman and Quantity Surveyor positions
- Luxury residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial project experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Skills Required
- AutoCAD and drafting expertise
- Interior fit-out site coordination
- BOQ preparation and cost estimation
- Quality inspection and project documentation
- Communication and client coordination skills
- Knowledge of UAE authority standards and regulations
