COMMERCIAL SPECIALIST
- Degree in Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying. Minimum of 10 years’ experience, preferably with experience in GCC.
ENGINEERS
- (Civil/HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/ENVAC/Ware Wash/ Kitchen Equipment/Instrumentation)
- Engineering Degree. At least 10 years of varied maintenance and operational experience in the related field.
TECHNICAL OFFICERS
- (Civil/HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/ENVAC/Ware Wash/
Kitchen Equipment/Instrumentation) - Diploma in Engineering or equivalent; 8 years of experience in Facility Maintenance.
SENIOR TECHNICAL OFFICERS
- (Civil/HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/ENVAC/Ware Wash/ Kitchen Equipment/Instrumentation)
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering; 10 years of experience in facility maintenance.
TECHNICIANS
- (Electrical/HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/BMS/Plumbing
/Civil/ENVAC/Ware Wash/Kitchen Equipment/Instrumentation) - Engineering Degree. At least 10 years of varied maintenance and operational experience in the related field.
BMS OPERATORS
- Trade Diploma & minimum 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
HSEQ OFFICERS
- University Degree in any discipline. Essential: NEBOSH IGC (completed) or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of experience as HSEQ Officer/ HSEQ Inspector
PROCUREMENT SPECIALISTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience is required. Familiarization with the market and suppliers is preferred.
STOREKEEPERS
- Diploma / ITI or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in maintaining stocks and inventory records.
AREA SUPERVISORS (SOFT SERVICES/CLEANING)
- At least 5 years of experience in cleaning in facilities management industry in a supervisory role managing 100+ workforce.
OPERATIONAL TEAM LEADERS (SOFT SERVICES/CLEANING)
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning with at least 2 years in a leading/supervisory role.
JANITORS (CLEANERS)
- At least 1 year of previous experience in cleaning.
