SOUS CHEF
- Min 8 year of proven GCC experience in culinary department as in a senior management position or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels. Responds to and handle guest problems and complaints.
- To be aware of all financial budgets and goals. Ensure that all culinary operations manuals are prepared and updated. To fully understand the market needs and desires of each outlet and ensure that the menus are developed to reflect those needs.
- Ensure that meetings are well-planned and results-orientated.
- Graduate of business-related courses, preferably a hospitality/ tourism program with related certifications, if any. Work Location-Doha, Qatar. Salary will be discussed during the interview process.
CHEF DE PARTIE
- International cuisine experience of min 5 year of proven GCC experience in culinary department preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Responsible for supervising junior chefs or commis. Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
- Ensure that the production, preparation, and presentation of food are always of the highest quality.
- Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, and presentation standards.
- Have knowledge of menu creation, whilst maintaining quality and controlling costs in a volume food business.
- Flexible working hours are subject to the demands of the business.
- Graduate of business-related courses, preferably a hospitality/ tourism program with related certifications, if any.
