1) MEP Estimation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead MEP estimation activities from concept through tender stage
-
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, risk assessments, and value engineering options
-
Review tender documents, manage RFIs, and negotiate subcontractor quotations
-
Ensure compliance with UAE authority standards and support handover to project teams
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

13–17+ years of MEP estimation experience (Tier-1/EPC preferred)

Strong UAE/GCC market knowledge

Proficiency in estimation tools, Excel, FIDIC, and local authority standards
2) Senior Electrical Engineer – QS / Estimator
Key Responsibilities:
