SENIOR HR & ADMIN OFFICER
They We are looking for a candidate who are having experience to work and take action independently.
Minimum 5 years experience required in UAE & Minimum qualification Post Graduation/Graduation.
Key Responsibility to Handle:
- Responsible to Monitor Recruitment & Onboarding.
- Responsible to monitor employee reward and recognition process.
- To responsible for manpower planning and leave planning.
- Responsible tomonitor employee attrition/retention.
- Responsible to monitor Visa process (Onboarding, Renewal & Cancellation).
Employee Performance:
- To monitor employee productivity and performance on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis and take necessary actions.
Training & Development:
- To monitor employee training schedules & To prepare monthly/yearly plan for employee career development program in coordination with other departments.
Staff Welfare Activities:
- To monitor staff welfare activities (i.e. Birthday celebrations, Festival celebrations, Indoor and outdoor games and activities) and make employees happy at work place.
- To encourage new ideas / Innovation in staff welfare.
Employee reward & Recognition:
- To monitor that staff is rewarded, recognition and appreciation on monthly and yearly basis based on performance.
Payroll:
- Responsible to verify shift roasters for all the departments.
- To coordinate with accounts team for smooth payroll process & Verify attendance timesheets on daily basis.
Visa Process:
- Responsibility to verify visa process for new joiners, renewals and cancellation & To coordinate with PRO for documentation for visa process (New Joiner, Renewals & Cancellation).
DINING MANAGER
They are looking for a candidate who are having experience to work and take action independently.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Catering industry as Dining Manager.
- Experience in fine dining setup & Outdoor catering.
Key Responsibilities to handle:
- Will be overall responsible for Dining.
- Provide healthy, hygienic & clean dining atmosphere to enhance the customer satisfaction, smooth coordination between Food Production and Customer
Service in meeting service standards through best practices & on the job training. - To ensure profitability and customer satisfaction of the overall Dining activities.
- To Supervise and monitor safety and hygiene standards of the Dining. To maintain high levels and standard of Food Service and Packing.
- All information, Suggestion and complaints Food Service, Packing and food Dispatching is channeled through him.
- Hold meeting with Service supervisors and waiters.
- Reports daily to Camp Manager.
- Responsible for smooth and efficient running of all Food Service and Food Packing.
- Preparation of duty roaster for all Dining Supervisor and Dining Staff
- Maintain Attendance Register Statement /Time sheet of dining staff
- Wastage and shortage report, Packing report and on timely Services Report.
- To ensure profitability and customer satisfaction of the overall Dinning activities.
Skills:
- Languages Known: Hindi & English.
- Soft Skills: Good Knowledge in Computer.
