- Accounting Assistant
Job Duties
- Processing of invoices received from vendors and services providers
- Preparation and finalization of stand-alone and consolidated quarterly and Annual financial statements. Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual VAT returns of companies with local laws
- Preparation of Bank Payment Voucher
- Preparation of petty cash voucher
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable Reconciliation of Bank statements
- Preparation of stock reconciliation
- Monthly uploading of Royalty and Tax in the ADNOC SAP portal. Also uploading of PITD, IFTS, FTS and Annual Reconciliation in ADNOC SAP Portal
- Maintaining fixed assets register & FD analysis register
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Applicant should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualifications in accounting and finance area with 3+ years of practical experience
- Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
- Experience as a user of FI module of Tally Software
- Preferred Age: Between 25-45 years
