RESIDENT ENGINEER (CIVIL, MEP)
- At least 8, preferably 12 years of professional experience in a field relevant to this assignment, preferably including civil construction works supervision projects, MEP Works, Building Works.
- Successfully worked on at least 5, preferably 8 civil works supervision projects – at least 2 in industrial buildings such as control rooms / substations.
- Education at least University degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of at least four years of study in a university or equivalent institution) in constructional or architectural engineering or similar.
- Good knowledge of building design and key areas of masonry, related MEP works, foundations and building infrastructure – design and implementation.
- Excellent Coordination, Communication, team-work, presentation and reporting skills.

HSE ENGINEER
- At least 6, preferably 8 years of professional experience in HSE supervision of EPC projects at least
- Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Life & Safety Code
- Conversant with international safety standards.
- HSE supervision of at least 5, preferably 8 supervision / construction projects (design and implementation) comprising ELV systems, of which at least 3 should be in industrial area / zone.
- Education at least University degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of at least four years of study in a university or equivalent institution) in a field relevant to this assignment (e.g. Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Process Engineering)
- Good technical knowledge and experience of HSE tools, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work System, First Aid and Fire Fighting, Occupational Safety, Health Hazards, Work hazards, control measures and standards. Fully conversant with international safety regulations, HSE design guidelines and emergency procedures.
- NEBOSH International / National general certificate Experience in HSE assessment and qualification of Contractors/Sub-Contractors Excellent Communication, coordination, organizational, team-work and reporting skills

RESIDENT ENGINEER ( ELV SYSTEMS)
- At least 8, preferably 12 years of professional experience in ELV systems implementation relevant to this assignment, preferably including selection, design review& finalization, dealing execution management of Protective Security works related design and supervision of relevant projects.
- Familiarity ADDC/Transco/AADC installation standards.
- Successfully managed at least 5, preferably 8 ELV works supervision / construction projects (design and implementation) with some CCTV or intrusion detection content, which at least 3 should be in industrial area/zone.
- Education at least University degree (where a university degree has been awarded on completion of at least four years of study in a university or equivalent institution) in a field relevant to this assignment (e.g. Electrical Engineering)
- Good technical knowledge and experience in design and implementation of ELV systems – CCTV, Fire Alarm, Gas Detection, HVAC, Access Control, Turnstiles, Building management systems, Lighting systems, Displays, workstations, equipment racks, UPS and batteries etc
- Good technical knowledge of establishing cabling network and cabling infrastructure including LV cabling, fiber cables, structural cabling, junction boxes, isolators, fuse boxes, conduits, trunking, etc.
- Excellent Communication, coordination, organizational, team-work and reporting skills.
