- BMS Operator/Technician
- Chiller Mechanic
- Civil Multi-Skilled Technician (Mason/Carpenter/Painter)
Requirements:
- Relevant certification or diploma (ITI or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil, etc.).
- 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance within the GCC.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of MEP systems.
- With a valid UAE driver’s license is an advantage.
- Understanding of safety regulations for facility maintenance.
- Basic understanding of CAFM systems is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency in the English language is mandatory.
- Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining (visit visa or canceled visa, ready to start within 5-7 days)
- Job-Specific Experience:
🔹 BMS Operators/Technician: Handling building automation systems and HVAC controls.
🔹 Chiller Mechanic: Overhauling compressors and performing chiller maintenance.
🔹 Civil Multi-Skilled Technician: Skilled in masonry, carpentry, painting, and general repair work.
