EXECUTIVE SECRETARY
- Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the hotel as required.
- Schedule and arrange all appointments for the GM.
- Prioritize all telephone calls and in-person external and internal visitors.
- Arrange all VIP reservation requests and associated amenities.
ASSISTANT L&D MANAGER
- Controls and monitors the usage of the Training Budget.
- Organizes language classes, especially English for guest contact staff.
- Prepares yearly training program for the hotel.
- Ensures that all training records is kept and can be retrieved at all times.
SALES MANAGER
- Follows policy and practice established by the sales and marketing, corporate sales & marketing and the hotels’ goals and objectives.
- Advises management of sales effort progress and bookings.
- Performs the best to achieve the departmental as well as the hotel’s business goals.
- Reports on confirmed and anticipated bookings for forecasting purposes.
