Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Project management tools and AutoCAD.
Experiences:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of GCC Building Construction experience in a similar role.
- Proven project management skills.
- Effective workforce management on-site.
- Coordination with Procurement for timely material supply.
- Experience in internal and client liaison and reporting.
- Knowledge of statutory regulations.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
