SUPERVISOR – SOFT SERVICES
Skills/Competencies/ Experience/Qualifications:
- 2 to 6 year Experience as Cleaning Supervisor with facilities management company in UAE/GCC.
- BICS Certified will be advantage
- Immediately available candidate on visit or cancelled visa will be preferred.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Job Specification:
- Supervises cleaners to carry out their work.
- Inspects the work area cleaned by cleaners.
- Manages work schedule of cleaners and reallocate work to cover absences.
- Ensures all cleaning equipment and chemicals are well maintained and is safe for use.
- Checks on the stock level of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Regular check for health and safety standards.
