HEAD CHEF – CATERING
Requirements:
- Experience in both, the Middle East and Italy is an advantage.
- Previous experience in catering or banqueting kitchens, cloud kitchens or private villa chefs.
- Over 3-4 years of experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and oral) is a MUST.
- Due to the nature of this position an Italian or Italian speaking candidate is most preferred. Additionally, preference will be given to individuals aged between 20 and 30 who demonstrate flexibility in their work experience or possess a well-traveled background.
HEAD CHEF – RESTAURANT
Requirements:
- Experience in the Middle East and Italy is an advantage.
- Previous experience in fine dining restaurants and/or 5-star hotels.
- Over 3-4 years of experience as a Sous Chef.
- Seeking a dynamic Sous Chef eager to advance to the next role.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and oral) is a plus.
