HEAVY DUTY DRIVER
Job Description:
- Achieve 100% first-time delivery success with zero complaints.
- Maximize deliveries per truck in terms of quantity and value to meet benchmarks.
- Optimize utilization of delivery resources including teams and vehicles.
- Verify stock against documents before loading to prevent discrepancies.
- Report any delivery discrepancies promptly for resolution.
- Accurately handle GRV and sales returns with proper documentation.
- Return excess or interchanged stock properly and on time.
- Maintain courteous behavior with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently.
- Uphold grooming and hygiene standards for self and vehicle.
- Communicate delivery concerns with supervisors and sales team.
- Ensure delivery closure within 24 hours by submitting Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Maintain and properly use delivery resources like vehicles and trolleys.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th Grade Pass (Must be able to read and write in English)
- UAE Heavy vehicle Driving License ( 10 Ton / Trailer)
- Strong, healthy and have knowledge of UAE traffic laws and road.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems.
- Independent and team-oriented work capability.
