Available Position
DISPATCHER – WARSAN
- Education: High School Diploma or Higher Diploma
- Field of Study: General or Technical
- Certifications: Training courses in Contact Center Operations and Customer Service
- Years of Experience: 2-3 years
- Area of Expertise: Communication and Customer Service
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and respond to their needs.
- Inquire about the type of service required from the customer and take appropriate action.
- Identify the nature of the malfunction and communicate with relevant parties to provide the necessary service.
- Review contract terms and determine the feasibility of providing the service based on the customer’s status (new, existing, member, etc.).
- Direct emergency technicians and tow trucks to the location of the malfunction and inform them of the issue.
- Follow up with the customer regarding any outstanding payments related to the service provided.
- Communicate with clients regarding any surveys or follow-ups related to customer satisfaction..
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and occupational health guidelines at the workplace.
- Perform any other duties within the scope of the job responsibilities.
