ADMIN CASHIER
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Additional training in customer service, cashiering, or office administration is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cashier/admin in a restaurant setting
- Experience with POS systems and handling multiple payment methods
- Proficiency in using POS and Microsoft office software. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
ACCOUNTANT
- Must be in currently in UAE
- Immediate joiner is strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality indust industry (STRICTLY REQUIRED)
- Must be locally available to join immediately Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proficient in accounting software and industry-specific POS-integrated systems
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
HYGIENE OFFICER
- Must be in currently in UAE
- Immediate joiner is strongly preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety/hygiene roles, in Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality industry (STRICTLY REQUIRED)
- Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, or Dubai Municipality Food Safety Training)
- Experience working with Dubai Municipality (DM) standards and audits is often required.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and Dubai Municipality guidelines.
- Strong understanding of HACCP prin pest control, and sanitation practices.
COST CONTROL MANAGER
- Must be in currently in UAE
- Immediate joiner is strongly preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Dubai/UAE F&B or hospitality industry (STRICTLY REQUIRED)
- Knowledgeable in menu engineering and waste reduction
- Proficient in MS Office and industry specific ERP software
