SENIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

- Location: Riyadh, KSA
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in technical support or a related field, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong command of English, both in written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly.
- Solid understanding of Windows-based environments, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and support.
- Proficient in SQL Server (MSSQL) administration and troubleshooting, including database management, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of RedHat/Linux operating systems, with experience in system administration and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VoIP technologies, with the ability to diagnose and resolve related issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a customer-first approach.
