Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in fm operations.
- Appropriate FM certificates or qualifications
- Experience in managing facilities management services within a residential/commercial tower
- Experience working under owners’ association management will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of mep systems and building maintenance
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- UAE driving license
