Key Responsibilities:

Butchery:
- Manage meat product inventory and quality

- Ensure operational efficiency within the butchery section
Fishery:
- Oversee seafood inventory levels and quality control
- Implement effective merchandising strategies
- Manage supplier relationships
- Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance
- Collaborate with store teams to ensure operational efficiency
Bakery:
- Manage bakery product inventory and quality
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies
- Maintain supplier relationships
- Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance
- Ensure operational efficiency within the bakery section
Roastery:
- Oversee inventory levels and quality control of roasted products
- Implement effective merchandising strategies
- Manage supplier relationships
- Analyze sales data and develop action plans to improve performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-10 years in the retail industry, with experience in the relevant section
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of quality standards and inventory management for the respective section
